12 sessions of 60 minutes on Zoom, over 6 months. Short messages between sessions are answered within two working days.

1. The one thing: The one area you will hand to a leader this fortnight.
2. The numbers: The hours it takes from you, and how many decisions a week wait for you.
3. The story: The story you are telling yourself, often that they are not ready yet.
4. The commitment: One written release: the area, the leader who owns it, and no override for 14 days.

Once a month the founder fills in the scorecard, including release commitments kept, reviewed with Ivanka at month 3 and month 6.
