The Clarity Shift Mastermind is a vetted group of eight founders of A$1M to A$10M businesses, chaired by Ivanka Menken for 10 months. Each month the group meets for two hours: one founder brings one decision, the others ask questions and share their own experience, and everyone leaves with one written commitment. Every founder also has two individual check-ins with Ivanka each quarter. It costs A$2,000 per founder per month ex GST, by application.

## One month in the mastermind

Ten monthly sessions of two hours, chaired by Ivanka Menken, online, or in person in Brisbane when the group decides.

1. The numbers: Each founder reports their five scorecard numbers in a minute or two.
2. The anchor decision: One founder brings the decision they keep circling. The anchor changes every month.
3. The room: The others ask questions and share what they have lived through. Ivanka chairs, challenges and keeps it honest.
4. The commitment: Everyone, not only the anchor, leaves with one written commitment, read back at the next session.

Two individual check-ins with Ivanka each quarter, and your scorecard sent to the group before each session.

### What is the Clarity Shift Mastermind?

The Clarity Shift Mastermind is a peer group of eight vetted founders of A$1M to A$10M businesses, chaired by Ivanka Menken for 10 months. ### How much does it cost?

The Clarity Shift Mastermind costs A$2,000 per founder per month ex GST for 10 months. That covers ten monthly two-hour group sessions chaired by Ivanka Menken and two individual check-ins with her each quarter. Places are offered by application, and the fee is the same for every founder in the room.

### How do I apply?

Email Ivanka Menken with a short note: your business, its turnover, and the decision you would bring to the Clarity Shift Mastermind first. If it looks like a fit, you book a 20-minute conversation. Places are offered after that conversation, so the eight founders in the room are chosen for each other, not only for their fit on paper.

### How is it different from 1:1 mentoring?

In 1:1 mentoring, Ivanka Menken works with one founder every fortnight for six months. In the Clarity Shift Mastermind she chairs a room of eight, monthly for 10 months, and much of the challenge comes from founders who have built something themselves. Some founders do both; others start with one and move to the other later.

### What do I share with the group?

In the Clarity Shift Mastermind you share your five scorecard numbers each month: weeks of payroll covered, gross margin, newest-work price against a year ago, commitments kept and confidence. Ivanka Menken asks every founder to keep what is said in the room confidential. You decide how much of the detail behind each number you bring.

### Is it online or in person?

The Clarity Shift Mastermind meets online by default, with the option of meeting in person in Brisbane when the group decides that works for everyone. The individual check-ins with Ivanka Menken are on Zoom. Session dates are set together with the founders who are offered a place, before the first session runs.
