Private Advisory from Ivanka Menken is a 12-month engagement for founders of A$2M to A$10M businesses who have outgrown the six-month mentoring program. It runs as 24 fortnightly 90-minute 1:1 sessions plus three Clarity Days, each a full day on one of the year's biggest decisions. The fee is A$5,000 a month ex GST, A$60,000 for the year. ## What a year of Private Advisory holds

One engagement, one person, twelve months.

1. 24 fortnightly 1:1 sessions of 90 minutes, on Zoom
2. Three Clarity Days, each a full day on one of the year's big decisions, on Zoom or in person in Brisbane
3. The monthly five-number scorecard, read together every quarter
4. Short messages between sessions, answered within two working days
5. One written commitment from every session, kept as a record of the year

## Every fortnight, 90 minutes

The same four steps as the six-month program, with the time to go further into each one.

1. The one thing: The one thing that matters this fortnight, chosen against the year's three decisions.
2. The numbers: The numbers behind it, read together, including the monthly scorecard.
3. The story: The story you are telling yourself about it, challenged with questions and with experience.
4. The commitment: One commitment, written down, and checked at the start of the next session.

Every quarter the scorecard is read as a whole, and each Clarity Day starts from it.

### How much does Private Advisory cost?

Private Advisory with Ivanka Menken is A$5,000 a month ex GST for 12 months, which is A$60,000 for the year. The fee covers the 24 fortnightly sessions, the three Clarity Days and short messages between sessions. GST is added to each invoice. There are no add-ons and no separate charges for the Clarity Days.

Ivanka Menken works with three Private Advisory clients at a time, so each one has her full attention across the year.

### What are the three Clarity Days?

Each Clarity Day inside Private Advisory is a full day with Ivanka Menken on one of the year's biggest decisions, live on Zoom or in person in Brisbane. The day runs as three 90-minute blocks and ends with one page in writing. The dates are set together, usually with the first one early in the year.

### How does the application work?

To apply for Private Advisory, email Ivanka Menken a few lines about the business and the decisions ahead, then book a 20-minute conversation. If it is a fit on both sides, she sends a one-page outline of the year and a start date. With three places at a time, a start may need to wait for a place to open.

### How is it different from 1:1 Mentoring?

The six-month 1:1 Mentoring with Ivanka Menken has 12 sessions of 60 minutes. Private Advisory runs for a full year, with 24 sessions of 90 minutes and three Clarity Days built in, for founders whose business and decisions have grown past the six-month program. The four-step session and the scorecard stay the same.
