Most coaches talk about systems. I build them. I wrote bestselling certification guides on these frameworks. And right now – not five years ago, right now – I'm actively leading two major programs for international enterprise clients: an operational excellence certification program and a structured enterprise assessment program. This is live, in-the-field work, not retrospective case studies.
My certifications aren't decorative: ITIL Expert, ISO 20000 Expert, PRINCE2 Practitioner, EXIN Expert Panel member. I hold expert-level credentials in the same frameworks I help organisations implement.

How I really coach

I believe coaching is a mirror. My job is to reflect back to you what I see – clearly, honestly, and without judgement. Sometimes what you need is a framework. Sometimes what you need is someone to sit with you in the discomfort of not knowing the answer yet.
I think of it like this: imagine you are drowning. You do not need someone standing on the shore shouting instructions. You need someone who has been in the water before, who knows the current, and who can throw you a rope while staying calm enough to pull you in. That is the kind of coach I am.
I will never pretend to have all the answers. But I will ask the questions that help you find yours. And I will stay in the conversation long after the easy advice has run out.

I am not a retired executive turned coach. I am an active practitioner – currently leading operational programs for international enterprise clients. My advice comes from what I am doing this month, not what I did a decade ago.
