Instead of a speaker visiting once, 40 to 50 of your own senior leaders are trained by Ivanka to facilitate it, so every team has the same conversation with someone they work with. The licence is from A$45,000 ex GST for up to 2,500 people, plus A$8,000 ex GST for each facilitator cohort.

What is Identity Risk for Organisations?
Identity Risk for Organisations is a licence to run the 90-minute Identity Risk workshop from Ivanka Menken across your workforce. Ivanka trains a group of your senior leaders to facilitate it, and they run it with their own teams. It turns her signature keynote into a conversation every team in the organisation has, held by someone they already trust.
How much does Identity Risk for Organisations cost?
Identity Risk for Organisations starts at A$45,000 ex GST for a licence covering up to 2,500 people, plus A$8,000 ex GST for each cohort of senior leaders that Ivanka Menken trains as facilitators. Larger organisations and international rollouts are scoped in a proposal, which also sets out the dates and the number of cohorts.
Why train our own leaders instead of hiring a speaker?
A speaker visits once; your senior leaders are there every week. With Identity Risk for Organisations, Ivanka Menken trains the people who will hold the conversation with their own teams, so it is delivered consistently, in your language and context, and it stays in the organisation after the workshops have run.
How many facilitators do we need?
Most organisations planning Identity Risk for Organisations train 40 to 50 senior leaders, so that each team has a facilitator it knows. Ivanka Menken trains them in cohorts and agrees the number with you in the proposal, based on how many people the workshop needs to reach and over what period.
What is in the 90-minute workshop?
The workshop in Identity Risk for Organisations follows the arc of the Identity Risk keynote by Ivanka Menken: the gap between visible growth and inner growth, the 3 Shifts Framework, the Leadership Alignment Check across business, relationships and health, and a 30-Day Personal Reset each participant writes for themselves before they leave.
