The Scaling-Is-Subtraction Workshop is a 90-minute working session by Ivanka Menken for 20 to 30 founders in a CEO group or network, followed by 30 minutes of questions. Instead of listening to a talk, each founder works through the four steps of her Strategic Clarity Intensive and leaves with a written list of what to stop and what to keep.
How much does the workshop cost?
The Scaling-Is-Subtraction Workshop with Ivanka Menken is A$8,500 ex GST for a network within Australia and A$15,000 ex GST for an international event. Travel and accommodation outside Brisbane are added at cost. Networks that want to run it themselves can certify facilitators instead, at A$25,000 ex GST per cohort.
What is facilitator certification?
Facilitator certification is three days with Ivanka Menken for up to 12 facilitators from your network. They learn to run the Scaling-Is-Subtraction Workshop themselves, with the same four steps and the same stop and keep list, so your network can offer it to members again and again. It costs A$25,000 ex GST per cohort.

Can it run online?
Yes. The Scaling-Is-Subtraction Workshop runs in person or on Zoom. In person, founders work on paper and compare lists in small groups. Online, Ivanka Menken uses breakout rooms for the same comparison. Either way, each founder leaves with a written stop and keep list and one first step they will take that week.
