About the scorecard
What is the five-number scorecard?
The five-number scorecard is the one-page measure Ivanka Menken uses in her six-month 1:1 mentoring: weeks of payroll covered by cash, gross margin, newest-work price against a year ago, commitments kept, and confidence from 1 to 10. Three numbers track money kept and two track a clearer head. Clients fill it in once a month.
Is it free?
Yes. You can fill in the five-number scorecard on this page as often as you like, print it or save it as a PDF. Ivanka Menken does not ask for an email address, and nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere. It works the same way as her free book, The Clarity Shift.
What is a good score?
There is no pass mark. A useful five-number scorecard is an honest one, and the numbers mean most next to your own numbers from last month. Ivanka Menken does not rank founders against each other or against a benchmark. What matters is which number you choose to move, and whether it moves.
Do you store my numbers?
No. The five-number scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is saved, sent or tracked, and closing the page clears it. If you want to keep your numbers, print the page or save it as a PDF. If you want Ivanka Menken to see them, you choose what to email her.
What happens if I work with Ivanka Menken?
In her six-month 1:1 mentoring, AUD $1,500 a month ex GST, you fill in the five-number scorecard every month and read it with Ivanka Menken at month 3 and month 6. The number you most want to move usually shapes the first fortnightly sessions. A 20-minute conversation is the place to start.
Why these five numbers?
Because the money and the head move together. Thin prices leave thin margins, growth on thin margins eats cash, and payroll pressure drains confidence. The five-number scorecard tracks where that chain starts and where it shows. Ivanka Menken added commitments kept because follow-through is what turns a decision into a result.
